PROJECT FINALIZATION & CLOSING PROCESS

DEV 6 Painting team are highly skilled, dependable, experienced, insured, licensed and provides application warranties, coordinates the paint manufacturer warranties and consults with Owner / General Contractor in final walk through stage.

Our track record for final punch list is impeccable, and we take pride in that.

The DEV 6 Team is a solution driven team, therefore supporting Owners and General Contractors with on demand work requests, which are processed into contract change orders.

OWNER / HOA / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT

Once the Scope of Work requirements is received from Owner, HOA, or Property Management firms, then site specific insurances are establish for the project site. The insurance providers in our circle of operations provide support and services as required; levels of insurances, bonding and other products.

We will also review localized procedures and permits depending on the county and state.

PROPERTY SITE REVIEW

We provide Interior & Exterior commercial painting services with fine detailing at production rates. Pressure washing, restoration services, such as stucco/EFIS repair and other preparation of surface processes are determined and performed for the site in consultation with Owner/General Contractor.

Product specifications are coordinated with the identified product manufacturer and/or proposed solutions provided by DEV 6.

CONSULTATION & ESTIMATE

A DEV 6 Painting professional will receive and review property project "Scope of Work" plan, surface requirements, and product specifications. Then we will discuss and if necessary, issue a request for additional information prior to providing a proposal.
