OWNER / HOA / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT
Scope of Work requirements received from Owner, HOA or Property Management firms. Site specific insurances are establish for the project site. The insurance providers in our circle of operations provide support and services as required; levels of insurances, bonding and other products. We also review localized procedures / permits depending on the county and state.
PROPERTY SITE REVIEW
We provide Interior & Exterior commercial painting services with fine detailing at production rates. Presure washing, restoration such as stucco/EFIS repair and other preparation of surface processes are determined and performed for the site in consultation with Owner/General Contractor. Product specifications are coordinated with the identified product manufacturer and/or proposed solutions provided by DEV 6.
CONSULATION & ESTIMATE
A DEV 6 Painting professional will receive and review property project Scope of Work plan, surface requirements, product specifications and discuss / issue request additional information prior to providing a proposal. DEV 6’s Pre-qualification Statement document is available upon request.
PRODUCTION, REPORTING & PROGRESS BILLING

In remodel and rebuild projects the painting crew at the end of the process has both hard deadline dates to deal with prior to building opening and incremental cumulative delays from prior trades to Finishing. PROJECT FINALIZATION & CLOSING PROCESS
DEV 6 Painting team are highly skilled, dependable, experienced, insured, licensed and provides application warranties, coordinates the paint manufacturer warranties and consults with Owner & Owner’s resources in final walk through stage. Our track record for final punch list is typically nil / negligible.
